At Urban Harvests Co, we’re committed to providing you with the highest quality seeds to inspire your gardening journey. We carefully package every order with care and attention to ensure your seeds arrive fresh, vibrant, and ready to grow.

Due to the nature of our products and the importance of maintaining seed integrity, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on seeds. This policy helps us guarantee the quality, viability, and safety of all seeds we send to our customers.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you believe there has been a mistake, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be more than happy to review the issue and find a solution — whether that’s a replacement or another form of support.

For non-seed items (such as gardening accessories, tools, or merchandise), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
